Our Reservation Policy
Reservation Guarantee Deposit: A credit card deposit equal to the registration charges of your first night will be required to guarantee a reservation. The deposit will be charged at the time of reservation.
Cancellation Requirements for Deposit Refund: If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must call and cancel prior to these deposit refund cancellation deadlines:
- RV & Tent Campsites - 48 Hours: To cancel your RV/Tent reservation, notify Buffalo Koa by 4:00 PM two days prior to your scheduled arrival.
- Kabins - 48 Hours : To cancel your Kabin reservation, notify Buffalo Koa one week prior to your scheduled arrival.
Cancellation Charges: A $10.00 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations made prior to the deadline.
Cancellations after the deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit.
Holiday weekends and special events that require a minimum two night stay, or more, are excluded. |
